I’ve been reading extensively on the science of behavior change, particularly with respect to leadership. The most interesting articles by far on the neuroscience of the threat-response/reward-response, and our constant evaluation of status:

I’ve also been reading Carol Dweck of Stanford on “fixed mindsets” and “growth mindsets”.
Lastly, I’ve been very impressed with the Prochaska transtheoretical model of behavior change.
